The pay range for this position is listed below. Actual pay rate dependent upon experience.
$30.50 - $99,840.00
Position Highlights
Weekend call only. Call starts Friday at 1600. On call continuous until Monday at 8am. On call area is 40 mile radius of Sioux Falls and 30 mile radius of Madison and Flandreau.
Weekends are also covered by a 8 hour visit RN on Saturday and Sunday.
Avel Care takes the initial phone call and is answered by a nurse or Nurse Practitioner who triages to on call nurse only after addressing the patient / family needs as much as they can remotely.

A Brief Overview
Responsible for the care planning, utilization of services, coordination of care, and the education of the interdisciplinary teams in the management of patient care services. Develops all patient care plans in collaboration with the physician and interdisciplinary team, providing patient centered care efficiently, effectively, with the best possible outcomes.
