Salary : $100,000 - $110,000 per year

Due to growth, we are looking for a strong CNC Programmer to join our team in Gilbert.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

1. Programming and setting up CNC machines to perform the correct operations according to production orders.

2. Creating and optimizing machining programs using CAD / CAM software.

3. Collaborating with the engineering team to develop and implement new manufacturing processes.

4. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with machines and programs.

5. Ensuring all CNC machines operate in accordance with the set safety guidelines.

6. Training and supervising operators to use CNC machines correctly and safely.

7. Conducting regular machine maintenance checks and coordinating repairs.

8. Maintaining accurate records of all programming activities.

9. Continuously improving and optimizing machining processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC programmer in the Manufacturing industry.

2. Proficiency in programming Mills and Lathes.

3. Extensive knowledge of CAD / CAM software, GibbsCAM preferred.

4. Strong understanding of the machining process, tools, and materials.

5. Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
