Accelerated Growth Studio (AGS) is looking for a Creative Strategist to lead, build, and scale our creative strategy department. Coming in at the director level to help us build the process, team, and own the creative strategy department of the business. We aim to have the director of creative strategy build out a team of creatives to continue to deliver a high-performancing creative strategy for our D2C clients. This role is a blend of creative direction, data-driven strategy, and team leadership , overseeing a channel that manages creative for D2C brands spending $50K–$1M per month on advertising .

As a Creative Strategist , you'll not only analyze top-performing ad creatives across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, and more but also build and lead a team of creative strategists, designers, and video editors to execute high-impact performance ads. If you have a deep understanding of performance marketing, ad creative trends, and team management , this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Creative Strategy & Execution

• Own and drive creative strategy across clients' paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
• Analyze ad performance data at scale using Motion boards, platform analytics, and conversion data to identify trends and guide creative direction .
• Develop and deliver high-impact, data-driven ad briefs (approx. 10 per client bi-weekly) to ensure all creative is performance-optimized and engaging .
• Push the boundaries of ad creative by testing and iterating new formats, hooks, and storytelling techniques.
