Port Washington State Bank is launching an expansion of our Treasury Management products and services by creating a separate department now currently housed within Deposit Operations as part of our strategic growth initiative. We are seeking a visionary and experienced leader to serve as our first Treasury Management Manager, responsible for building, leading, and sustaining the bank's Treasury Management program in support of our continued business depository growth.

Key Responsibilities
Understand What We Offer Now : Meet and collaborate with Deposit Operations Manager and team to understand our current capabilities, customers and culture. Meet with Business and Retail banking leaders and teams for needs assessment and expertise.
Build the Program : Establish a vision and lead the Treasury Management department, including staffing, training, and operational setup.
Strategic Execution : Translate the bank's strategic goals into actionable Treasury Management initiatives that grow relationship deposits, loans, and profitability.
Sales & Relationship Development : Drive acquisition and retention of clients through disciplined outbound calling, client visits, and proposal responses.
Risk & Compliance Oversight : Analyze financials and account relationships to approve large transactions and set risk limits in coordination with the CCO and COO.
Performance Benchmarking : Develop income / expense baselines and staffing benchmarks to guide growth and inform senior management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with vendors, internal teams, and key managers to align technology, talent, and strategy.
Qualifications
Experience in Treasury Management from a larger commercial bank.
Strong understanding of TM products : collections, payments, fraud prevention, information access, and investments.
Ability to present value, price services, and manage vendor relationships.
Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
