Responsibilities

• Support admissions and entrance into TEF Career Pathways Training (CPT) program
• Contact participants via telephone, in-person, including one-on-one support in Career Pathways Training program, Training Employment Fund (TEF) sites, online, at health care facilities and at other academic events as needed
• Manage aspects of intake and admissions into the Career Pathways Training program, including but not limited to the following : facilitating the application for entry into CPT program; assist with the coordination of all aspects of program intake, registration, and orientation including first level case management and orientation / workshop logistics
• Facilitate and provide support for virtual sessions
• Problem solves participant issues and challenges, and case manage situations with special reference to the CPT program
• Refer members to appropriate programs and preparatory areas in TEF
• Enter, collect, and review participant data. Analyze general reports
• Generate reports for Trustees and other stakeholders as needed, ensure participant eligibility and adherence to academic standards
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management
