Known for quality, integrity, and long-term client relationships, they continue to expand their project pipeline and are offering exciting opportunities for experienced Superintendents to play a key role in this growth.

Position Overview :

Seeking Senior Commercial Superintendents and Commercial Superintendents to lead complex ground-up projects valued at $20M and above. Superintendents will oversee field operations, manage schedules and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

  • Compensation : $140k-175k +

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead daily on-site operations for commercial projects $20M+
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements
  • Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and leadership
  • Deliver projects across a diverse portfolio, including healthcare, higher education, and civic work

    • Qualifications :

  • Senior Superintendent : 8–10+ years of experience running large commercial projects
  • Superintendent : Minimum of 5 years (note : 5 years typically considered Assistant Superintendent level internally)
  • Experience managing large-scale, ground-up commercial construction projects valued at $20M+
  • Background across diverse sectors (healthcare, higher education, civic, etc.); multifamily and big-box retail not applicable
  • Stable career history without excessive job changes
