Job Description

Join a mixed acuity unit specializing in PCU, MS Tele, and ICU patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will take on various responsibilities, caring for surgical pre and post patients including ENT, general surgery, trauma surgery, and orthopedics.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in critical condition.
  • Monitor vital signs and manage patients' needs, including respiratory care for ventilated patients.
  • Administer medications and manage IV therapy, including chemotherapy administration for oncology patients.
  • Implement protocols for cardiac care and manage dysrhythmias.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

    • Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a PCU or IMC within the last 3 years.
  • Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS are required; PALS and TCAR are preferred.
  • Proficient in telemetry, IV therapy, phlebotomy, and critical patient management.
