CNC Lathe Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team at our facility in Machesney Park, IL, 61115. If you have experience operating CNC lathes, reading blueprints, and working in a manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

Overview :

  • Operate CNC lathes (2-4 axis) such as Mazak, Haas, and Okuma
  • Read and interpret blueprints
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Utilize GD&T and quality inspection experience
  • Work in accordance with Lean Manufacturing Principles

Responsibilities :

  • Operate CNC lathes to produce precision parts
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production
  • Perform quality inspections to maintain high standards
  • Adhere to Lean Manufacturing Principles for efficient production
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

    • Qualifications :

  • Experience operating CNC lathes in a manufacturing environment
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Knowledge of GD&T and quality inspection processes
  • Familiarity with machine brands such as Mazak, Haas, and Okuma
  • Ability to work in Machesney Park, IL, 61115
