Overview

This position is 100% remote. We are seeking a seasoned retirement plan professional to join our Third Party Administration team as a 401(k) Plan Administrator, fully remote.

What You'll Do

You'll take ownership of end-to-end compliance administration for our clients, including :

  • Trust reconciliation and comprehensive compliance testing
  • Cross-tested contribution calculations
  • Preparation of Form 5500 filings
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure smooth and accurate plan administration
  • Communicating with plan sponsors and advisors

This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 seasons of hands-on experience managing the full compliance cycle ("soup-to-nuts") in a TPA environment.

Tools You'll Use

  • PensionPro : You're already comfortable navigating this platform
  • FT William Administration : We're transitioning to FTW for the 2025 season, so prior experience is a plus
