Job Order for General Dentist

Position : General Dentist

Columbia Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist on behalf of a healthcare facility located in a community-focused setting. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to provide quality dental care to patients of all ages.

Position Details :

  • Title : General Dentist
  • Schedule : Monday – Thursday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (No Saturdays)
  • Team : Work alongside 1 Dentist, 2 Dental Assistants, and 1 Hygienist
  • Facilities : 2 operatories available
  • Patient Load : 12-14 patients / day, approximately 200 patients / month
  • Scope of Care : General dentistry for patients of all ages

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Annual Salary : $160,000 - $220,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Health Benefits : Medical and Dental coverage
  • Disability Insurance : Long-Term Disability (LTD) / Short-Term Disability (STD)
  • Loan Repayment : Eligible for loan forgiveness options due to FQHC status
  • Retirement Plan : 401(k) or equivalent
  • Life Insurance : Comprehensive coverage
  • Continuing Education (CME) : 5 days of CME leave with a $3,000 allowance
  • Sign-On or Relocation Bonus : $20,000
  • Vacation / Holidays : 160 hours annually
