Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, materials, and schedules.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and implement safety protocols on-site.
- Collaborate with superintendents, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and maintain project alignment.
- Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure all work complies with codes and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of job site activities, reports, and schedules.
- Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Proactively identify potential issues and delays, implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role.Extensive knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.Benefits
