MGM Resorts International is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you'll perform compliance, financial, and operational audits to help ensure our operations remain efficient, transparent, and in alignment with internal controls, gaming regulations, and company policies. This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days per week in office at Beau Rivage.

The day-to-day :

• Conduct compliance, financial, and operational audits, including observations, document reviews, reconciliations, and analytical procedures.
• Assess compliance with federal, state, and gaming regulations, financial accounting standards, and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
• Collaborate with team members to set audit goals and contribute opinions during reviews.
• Manage multiple tasks concurrently while working in a dynamic environment.
• Prepare accurate and timely audit documentation to support conclusions and recommendations.
• Advise senior auditors or supervisors on issues and challenges as they arise.
