A company is looking for an IT Account Services Representative for a contract-to-hire position in the non-profit / humanitarian industry.
Key Responsibilities
Creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts in Active Directory and other enterprise systems
Managing group memberships, permissions, and role-based access controls while troubleshooting account-related issues
Maintaining documentation, generating reports for compliance, and identifying opportunities to streamline account management processes
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in IT support, identity & access management, or account services
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Hands-on experience with Active Directory and user provisioning
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ERP systems, and SaaS platforms
Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and IAM principles
