Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the product team to iterate quickly and deliver results
Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders across the business
Develop high-quality, future-proof products while contributing to engineering culture and standards
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Backend Developer, preferably in the FinTech industry
Expertise in Java and Spring Boot
Experience in building and maintaining APIs and services
Good understanding of financial services, particularly in banking, payments, or crypto
Familiarity with distributed ledger technology or blockchain is a plus
