Debt Relief Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Debt Relief Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales operations for our debt solutions business unit. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that sales goals are met and exceeded, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the team.

He will be responsible for overseeing our debt relief operations, developing strategies to help clients reduce their financial burdens, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a deep understanding of debt relief processes and a passion for helping others achieve financial stability.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the debt solutions business unit.
• Work closely with the senior management team to assess the sales team's performance and overseeing the performance management of underperforming staff members.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Experienced in Debt Settlement Processes.
• Experienced in Loan Flip.
• Lead and mentor a team of debt relief specialists, providing guidance and support.
• Implement and maintain sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
• Train and develop sales staff to improve performance and productivity.
