We are actively seeking a driven and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to support our event marketing team. In this role, you will help promote live events , develop engaging communication materials , and assist with on-site messaging and audience interaction to enhance brand engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies for in-person events and promotions.
  • Collaborate with event coordination and design teams to create eye-catching marketing collateral and event materials .
  • Track and assess communication effectiveness during events and provide insights to enhance audience engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all event communication points.
  • Conduct market and industry research to stay up-to-date on current trends and competitor activity.
  • Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of events to strengthen brand awareness and outreach.
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth communication flow and event execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations , or related field (preferred but not required) .
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills .
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Creative mindset with the initiative to contribute innovative ideas to event campaigns.
  • Interest or experience in event marketing, promotions, or community outreach is a plus.
