A leading concrete repair contractor seeks a Superintendent to manage restoration projects. The role involves overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion while leading a team of foremen. Experience with RFIs, change orders, submittals, and ensuring job site safety is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from start to finish.
• Lead and supervise multiple foremen on various job sites.
• Handle RFIs, change orders, and submittals efficiently.
• Oversee job site safety and conduct toolbox talks.
• Ensure the repair of full depth or spalled concrete and manage expansion joints and waterproofing.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, including MEP.
• Use Procore for project management and maintain a two-week lookahead schedule.
• Manage quantities and materials effectively.

Work Environment

The position requires working on-site 5 days a week. The company is expanding and offers opportunities in various locations across NJ and NY.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln Park, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.20 - $62.50 / hr.
