Principal Architect

A company is looking for a Principal Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Manage large, complex Policy software engagements in the Property & Casualty insurance domain

Provide strategic thinking and architectural recommendations for implementing Policy Product solutions

Conduct requirement gathering sessions and lead review sessions for business / technical requirements

Required Qualifications

Minimum 15+ years of experience, with 7-10 years in technology implementations such as Guidewire, Duckcreek, or Insurity

Experience in enterprise Policy implementations leveraging agile methodologies

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent

Familiarity with architecture frameworks and software design patterns

Experience in applying change management concepts on software implementation projects
