Job Description :

Answer incoming calls courteously and direct them accurately to the appropriate department or individual while maintaining an average answer time of 99%.

Answer, document, and relay information related to the medical answering service.

Qualification :

2+ years of experience working with HealthCare Customer Service is mandatory.

Accurate typing speed of 40 words per minute or higher is mandatory.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 / hr.
