1st Shift Quality Assurance Technician Details :

Temporary position

$23.00 to $26.00 / hour

Full Time work available

First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05 : 00am to 03 : 30pm)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to support production by ensuring every product meets ISO 9001 standards and company quality requirements. In this role, you will :

Perform inspections (first piece, last piece, in-process, and receiving)

Conduct calibrations on measuring and test equipment

Monitor and evaluate quality control systems for efficiency and effectiveness

Provide guidance on quality issues and determine rework or scrap as needed

Assist with ISO audit procedures and additional quality initiatives

Maintain cleanliness and organization in non-conformance areas

1st Shift Quality Assurance Technician Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED

Hands-on quality inspection experience (manual tools, not automated systems)

Proficiency in reading tape measures (accurate to 1 / 16”) and calipers

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills

Strong observation skills and ability to make confident decisions

Comfortable asserting standards and expectations in a professional manner

Consistent, dependable attendance and ability to work with minimal supervision

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Applicant may be subject to a background check
