Associate Director of Property Management

Premier Development is a real estate development firm that builds new homes, luxury apartments, and active adult communities across Central NJ. As an established and rapidly growing leader in the industry, we strive for continued excellence through our commitment to high-quality land planning, design, construction, and maintenance.

We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated property management professional to oversee and manage all operational aspects of several of our communities (1000+ units). This position handles all site personnel, resident relations, customer service, community maintenance / contracted services, administration, reporting, community safety, and legal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all personnel : hire and terminate employees; employee relations management; mentor, motivate, supervise, and develop employees; track staff attendance and overtime
• Comply with and enforce all company policies and procedures
• Maintain high resident satisfaction and retention via commitment to the delivery of top-notch services
• Bid out and oversee vendor / contractor relations, and maintenance of contracts
• Ensure buildings, grounds, and property are up to company standards via oversight of preventative maintenance and frequent inspections
• Review and code bills appropriately
• Coordinate turns / make-readies and facilitate the move-out process
• Complete / analyze weekly / monthly reporting as required
• Willing to work weekends / on-call in cases of emergency
