Senior Estimator & Estimating Director - Southeast Florida

My client, a Leading ENR & Employee-Owned General Contractor are hiring for a Senior Estimator and Estimating Director for one of their Southeast Florida offices.

We are looking for experienced Estimating and Preconstruction leadership candidates with a strong background across Multifamily / High Rise / Commercial or Municipal projects.

Requirements :

Several + years of experience in estimating required.
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in Municipal Work, Higher Education, Healthcare, Public Schools, Assisted Living, Multifamily
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, On-Screen Take off

Offer Includes :

Leading Base salary - Circa $150k - $200k
