A Manhattan-based tech-forward immigration firm is looking for an Attorney with 3+ years of business immigration experience to manage and primarily work on EB-1A, O-1s, and NIWs for both corporate and individual clients.
The attorney in this role will also collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams to improve the proprietary case management system and client experience.
And, yes, it's five days in office.
But it's five days at a dog-friendly Flatiron office in Manhattan with good vibes and hardworking colleagues who are genuinely excited to show up for work.
Key Highlights
$150K / year to $250K / year (plus equity), depending on experience.
5 Days per week in a dog-friendly NYC Flatiron office with good energy (and snacks). (5 days in office is non-negotiable).
Seeking candidates with a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and who are willing to apply for admission to the Arizona Bar. (Most jurisdictions offer reciprocity with AZ and the firm will help and pay for this process).

EB-1As, O-1s, and EB-2 NIWs, with opportunities to take on additional case types.
Manage full lifecycle of cases for corporate and individual clients from consultations to filing and beyond (approvals, RFEs, NOIDs). Manage paralegal work. Help with attorney marketing across various channels (LinkedIn, Reddit) and above all ensure an exceptional client experience (100+ 4.8 Google star reviews).

You are driven to help redefine immigration practice. This isn't just talk. You'll be working closely with engineering and product teams to refine and upgrade the case management system and client experience.
Your role is poised to have a major impact on the firm.
You'll handle a wide variety of high-value corporate and individual immigration cases, while engaging directly with founders, executives, and business leaders at the forefront of innovation.
You will advise and consult with potentially dozens of new clients each week across diverse corporate case types, and manage and grow a book of business.
Most of all, you are committed to help build a tech-enabled law firm that blends legal expertise with cutting-edge technology to deliver faster, smarter, and more transparent outcomes for clients.
