Azure Cloud Engineer

The IT Cloud Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable cloud and on-premises infrastructure to support the organization's technological needs.

The ITCIE plays a key role in safeguarding systems and networks, delivering robust SaaS, cloud, and security solutions, and driving technology initiatives that position the company and its partners for success.

Job Responsibilities :

• Champion a cloud-first approach in designing, deploying, and maintaining infrastructure and applications to advance organizational goals.
• Document and automate IT workflows, including authentication, authorization, and SaaS integrations.
• Lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and facilitate cross-training on key infrastructure functions.
• Collaborate with Information Security to implement identity and access management solutions.
• Develop and enforce infrastructure architecture principles, standards, and server build / configuration guidelines.
• Administer and troubleshoot systems (Windows OS, SAN, Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.), ensuring high availability and performance.
• Conduct capacity and performance analysis, lead patch management, and oversee change / release management processes.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that optimize cost, adoption, and standardization.
• Drive continuous improvement in team processes and align infrastructure with IT service objectives.
