Customer Service Representative

Gpac just partnered with a rapidly growing company in your backyard seeing a Customer service representative.   This position is in your backyard!!

Duties

• Composes, prepares, and proofreads correspondence, office memos and reports on computer and maintains confidentiality when required.
• Creates and maintains proper response letters on the computer for various incoming correspondence.
• Maintains files in an organized and accessible manner to include updating information, purging files on a regular basis and creating new filing systems as needed.
• Maintains files in an accurate and easy-to-access manner.
• Evaluate and write work jacket and art jacket.
• Enter order information into the in-house computer system.
• Processes customer information on computer system in an efficient manner to provide quality service.
• Analyze customer records on the computer system and make any corrections and / or modifications within company guidelines.
• Build and maintain quality relationships with customers.
• Quote jobs to customers over the phone or by email.
• Contact customers to obtain missing information or data to ensure files are complete.
• Confirm and coordinate shipping instructions with the packaging supervisor.
• Verify and confirm the delivery date and shipping method.

Experience

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a sales environment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.

Experience in account management .

Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
