• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• ACLS and BLS required
• 5 - 10 patients per day
• Trauma level I, ortho, GI, block, ENT, healthy peds
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
