A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Make and receive calls to negotiate payment arrangements for outstanding account balances

Meet established goals for contacts and collections

Work independently in a home environment while staying motivated and organized

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Dependable with a quiet work space free from distractions

Access to high-speed internet at home

Ability to work well independently as well as with a team

Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
