A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist II - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing guidance and training on affordable housing compliance
Electronically review applicant / resident files to ensure adherence to federal and state program regulations
Provide thorough written communication regarding file deficiencies and support clients effectively
Required Qualifications
2 to 5 years of experience in affordable housing compliance, including certification auditing
Working knowledge of LIHTC and HUD program requirements
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Vigilant in following up on compliance issues and implementing developed plans
Demonstrate flexibility and a sense of urgency
