A company is looking for a Head of Global Strategic Workforce Planning & Insights.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of the Talent, Performance and Development strategy and define the strategic workforce planning strategy
Establish a global framework for strategic workforce planning and oversee its activation and adoption
Utilize workforce analytics and predictive modeling to assess workforce supply and demand and drive improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
10 or more years of relevant experience in strategic workforce planning, preferably in pharma, biotech, or life sciences
4 or more years of experience developing and implementing strategic workforce planning strategies and programs
4 or more years of analytical proficiency in workforce analytics and HR data interpretation
Fluency in English required; fluency in Japanese or German preferred
