Part time Hotel Front Desk- 3p-11p

Principal Hotel is looking for a part time Front Desk Agent with availability to work evening 3p-11p, to join our team in our new Columbia Illinois location.

The Front Desk Agent will greet, check in guest, assist and answer questions from our guest, all while providing a high level of service.

The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors.

This person must have excellent communication and customer service skills.

He / she has a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures / systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.  Responsibilities :

• Guest services – Welcome guests, employees, and clients who arrive at the hotel and clarify the purpose of their visit and assist as necessary.
• Answer all phone calls and emails.
• Just being readily available at all times to ensure the guest receive top tier service.   Administration – Daily reporting and filing documents.
• File and keeping good records.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and b eing diligent and aware of both current and upcoming events in all areas of the property.
• We seek friendly, highly organized communicators and multitaskers with these qualifications.
• Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public.
• Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines in day-to-day activities.
• Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal direction) in English.
• Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled.
