BelFlex Staffing is seeking an experienced Skilled CNC Operators in the Riverport Area!

Pay rate based on experience.

Shift : First :   Monday-Thursday 6am-4 : 30pm, w / OT

We’re looking for multiple  CNC Operators who are ready to grow with a company that values skill, dedication, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do :

  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines with accuracy and care
  • Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Ensure quality inspections are done right the first time
  • Select, load, and manage tooling and materials
  • Collaborate with your team to hit production goals
  • Follow safety, work, and inspection procedures
  • Pitch in and support teammates — we win together

Qualifications

  • Understanding of CNC setup and operations
  • Ability to read technical blueprints and specs
  • Solid math, reading, and computer skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
  • Forklift or Crane certification is a plus
