Admissions Specialist

A company is looking for an Admissions Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Field admissions inquiries and document relevant data into proprietary EMR software

Coordinate with internal teams to meet patient and family needs while ensuring admissions criteria are met

Build relationships with referring providers and maintain urgency in the admissions process

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in mental health admissions or a sales-related role

Degree in psychology, business administration, or health-related fields preferred

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships

Analytical abilities to collect and use admissions data effectively

Understanding of the healthcare landscape; Spanish speaking is a plus
