Key Responsibilities
Manage a cohort of 20-25 member organizations, providing strategic support and resources
Facilitate member meetings and manage feedback to enhance member engagement and satisfaction
Coordinate internal processes and documentation to improve service provision across the organization
Required Qualifications
Experience with member-centered projects or federated organizations
Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Suite, Notion, and Zoom
Ability to learn and apply emerging technologies relevant to the role
Experience in managing the membership cycle, including onboarding and renewals
Knowledge of agile project management models
