Description :

This position involves providing care to geriatric residents in a long-term care environment.

The LPN will work with a team, including RNs and CNAs.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, medication administration, and oversight of CNA colleagues.

Candidates must possess strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently.

Care must be provided with dignity and respect.

Experience in a long-term care setting is required.

No acute care needs will be present in the facility.

Wound care experience is necessary, but no tracheostomy care is required.

The role may include working evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per unit needs.
