This is a role that balances professional challenge with personal sustainability. Your caseload is structured around 110 billable hours per month (27.5 per week), leaving room for mentorship, planning, and meaningful family engagement. You’ll be supported by a national network of clinicians, cutting-edge tools, and a leadership team that invests in your growth.

In this role, you will :

• Design and implement ABA treatment programmes tailored to each child
• Lead and mentor Behaviour Technicians, helping them develop their skills and confidence
• Collaborate with families to ensure therapy goals are understood and achievable
• Monitor progress using data-driven reporting and refine strategies as needed
