- 1+ years of experience within clients services from banking
- Experience working with, and understanding process of wire payments, ACH payments, lockbox etc.
- Ability to collaborate in meetings and provide strong communication
- Strong customer service skills – willing to chase down answers and find solutions for their client
- Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)

This role sits within the Treasury Services department, supporting external clients by resolving complex inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling issues via phone and emailSupport Senior CSOs with client offboarding and meeting participationCollaborate with internal teams to resolve client concernsAdvocate for clients while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentRequirements :
