Lead Physician - Outpatient Family Medicine

Job Description

This Lead Medical Provider position at our Chico East Avenue clinic offers outpatient primary care services with a Monday-Friday shift, up to a $125K sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.

As the lead, you'll deliver patient care across all ages, supervise other providers, and contribute to clinic protocols and community health initiatives. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, specialist referrals, health education, and administrative duties such as staff reviews and continuing education.

Qualifications include California medical licensure (or ability to obtain), at least 2 years of primary care experience, DEA registration, CPR certification, and Indian preference.
