Key Responsibilities :

Welcome Guests : Greet every guest warmly, making them feel valued and excited about their visit.

Provide Information : Share engaging and concise details about SERV’s amenities, including live entertainment schedules, food and beverage options, pickleball courts, and special events.

Engagement : Proactively interact with guests to answer questions, provide directions, and offer personalized recommendations.

Support Guest Experience : Ensure guests are aware of ongoing events, promotions, and opportunities to enhance their visit.

Private event navigation to escort guests to their destination in the facility.

Assist with Navigation : Help guests locate key areas such as the food hall, bars, restaurant, pickleball courts, or event spaces.

Problem-Solving : Address guest concerns or issues promptly, escalating when necessary to ensure a smooth experience.

Collaboration : Partner with team members across the venue to create a seamless and enjoyable environment.

Promote Fun : Foster a lively, inclusive atmosphere that reflects SERV’s commitment to unforgettable entertainment.
