The Plas-Mac Corporation is a family-owned business that has specialized in wax and plastic pattern injection and assembly since 1980. We have become a leading supplier of virtually all types of complex airfoil and component patterns for the investment casting industry.
Primarily serving the aerospace and industrial gas turbine (IGT) industry, Plas-Mac will supply everything from individual patterns to elaborate fully gated assemblies. These products are later used to power a wide range of applications from small flight engines to the largest landbased industrial gas turbines.
Aerospace and IGT product lines include :
- Complex multiple-vane, single-shot, cored and solid wax patterns
- Cored and solid blades and vanes
- Fully gated pattern assemblies for Equiax, DS and Single Crystal applications that are complete and ready for the dip line

Job Description
The Plas-Mac Corporation has a need for a Production Supervisor. The position is full-time on first shift. The Production Supervisor oversees our wax finishing operation within the production facility. The role involves managing a team of production workers, coordinating resources, trouble-shooting issues, and collaborating with other departments.
Job Responsibilities :
Ensure production schedules are met efficiently and products are manufactured to quality standards in a safe manner.Assist Manufacturing Manager with process improvements on existing production jobs and new product development.Create work instructions.Conduct problem solving meetings with production workers and team leads.Train and develop production workers by providing guidance and support.Maintain employee records and review daily production reporting for accuracy and completion.Coordinate yearly and probationary period reviews.Interact with customers to resolve issues and clarify expectations.Responsible for maintaining all wax finishing equipment and collaborating with maintenance for needed repairs.Required Qualifications :
