Technical Lead - Full-Stack Development

A company is looking for a Technical Lead - Full-Stack Development & AI.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable full-stack architectures and lead the technical roadmap for generative AI integration

Build production-grade features and optimize AI model inference and deployment pipelines

Lead and mentor a team, drive technical hiring, and foster a culture of rapid experimentation and quality code

Required Qualifications

7+ years of full-stack development experience with modern frameworks

Deep expertise in TypeScript / JavaScript, Python, and at least one systems language (Go / Rust)

Production experience with generative AI APIs and building agentic AI systems

3+ years of technical leadership experience, preferably in high-growth startups

Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS / GCP)
