Job Description
- Provide project leadership and establish, implement, and support a proactive project safety culture
- Manage the development and review of bid packages to procure competitive subcontract proposals
- Review monthly invoices and oversee documentation and approval needed to ensure timely funding for the project
- Lead the management of cost reporting including but not limited to contracts, purchase orders, and scope revisions to achieve defined project goals
- Develop and maintain project schedule
- Ensure overall financial health of the project and project forecasts
- Represent our client in the subcontract negotiations
- Mentor and oversee project management team
The Successful Applicant
7+ years of experience in Construction with a general contractorHealthcare experience is requiredRenovation and ground-up experience (Preferably with diverse project experience)Easy going, self-motivatedProficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Project)Proficient in Procore and BluebeamProven track record of effectively and efficiently managing job sitesStrong management abilityStrong written and verbal communication skillsWhat's on Offer
