Job Description : Summary :

The Senior Critical Environment Technician (SCET) - Technical Writing Specialist is responsible for authoring, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality procedural documentation that governs operations in mission-critical environments.

This includes EOPs, SOPs, MOPs, and MSOWs used across data centre and infrastructure operations.

The role demands a deep understanding of CE systems and the ability to translate complex technical processes into clear, actionable documentation.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain comprehensive EOPs, SOPs, MOPs, and MSOWs in alignment with CE standards.
• Ensure all documentation includes required front matter sections such as procedure overview, safety requirements, supporting documentation, and effect of procedure.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and safety teams to validate procedures and incorporate feedback.
