Director of Warehouse Operations

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to oversee our warehouse operations across the western U.S. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive efficiency, safety, and compliance while building best-in-class processes and teams. From inventory control and 3PL management to space optimization and continuous improvement, you’ll shape how our warehouses run today—and how they grow tomorrow.

What You’ll Do :

Lead day-to-day operations across multiple West region warehouses.

Partner with internal teams and 3PLs to ensure accuracy, speed, and compliance.

Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Oversee inventory accuracy, warehouse layouts, and capital projects.

Develop teams, KPIs, and reporting tools (Power BI) to optimize performance.

Champion food safety, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

7+ years in warehouse / logistics leadership (multi-site preferred).

Proven experience with 3PLs, WMS systems, and process improvements.

Strong analytical and leadership skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
