Scheduler - Mid
We are seeking a Scheduler - Mid to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team in various ways during simultaneous conferences and events. You will play a key part in ATG's support of various USSOUTHCOM efforts to deter aggression, defeat threats, protect National Security, rapidly respond to crisis situations and build various areas of responsibility (AOR) Information Technology (IT) capacity. Our team will provide direct support to implement and sustain mission critical IT networks and robust cyber defense services.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting Program Manager in establishing and maintaining a resource loaded integrated master schedule (IMS).
- Creates and updates schedules on a weekly basis to reflect changes, enabling the Government to properly plan for total lifecycle management activities, including maintenance, renewal, replacement, licensing, or any other lifecycle management activities.
- Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of tools and techniques related to the resource-loaded, and prioritized IMS and proposed schedule for implementation.
- Coordinates with leadership including Government personnel regarding schedule-related milestones and attends and participates in meetings to discuss schedule milestones and the IMS.
- Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments.
- Responsible for coordinating with Program Manager when IMS issues arise and make updates as necessary.
- Create monitor and analyze project schedules and resource allocations in accordance with best practices.
- Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and integrity.
- Monitor projects' progress and elevate critical activities to Program Manager.
- Support USSOUTHCOM and / or joint Cyberspace Operations and Cyber exercises according to plans and requirements in support of services.
- Perform coordination of cross-functional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with the project manager to ensure resolution.
Qualifications Required :
Security Clearance Level : Must hold an active Secret level clearance.Bachelors Degree and 4 years of experienceAssociates Degree and 6 years of experience or Highschool Diploma and 8 years experience can qualify candidate in lieu of Bachelors degree.Three (3) years experience in integrated master schedules (IMS).Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project.Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.Desired :
