Hydronics Foreman
Supervise and manage a crew of journeyman, apprentices, and helpers in the hydronic system installations.
Coordinate daily tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Oversee installation of piping, pumps, boilers, and other hydronic systems.
Conduct inspections and pressure tests on hydronic systems.
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies.
Order materials and manage inventory for job sites.
Train team members on proper techniques and safety procedures.
Communicate with project superintendents regarding progress and issues.
Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Additional duties as assigned.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing, pipefitting, or HVAC trades.
Proven expertise in hydronic heating and cooling systems.
Ability to manage crews and coordinate multiple tasks.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and safety protocols.
Ability to lift 60+lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
Valid mechanical or contractor's license.
Vocational training or certification in plumbing HVAC, or related field.
Must have strong leadership, communication, and team building skills.
Must possess technical proficiency in hydronic systems.
Must possess problem-solving skills and decision-making skills.
Must possess strong time management and scheduling skills.
Must be willing to work varied weather conditions.
Must be willing to work in different heights.
Must have a valid driver's license.
