E-Billing Analyst

A company is looking for an E-Billing Analyst to manage invoice submissions and resolve e-billing issues for law firm clients.

Key Responsibilities

Submit electronic invoices and accruals to clients, overseeing the transition to e-billing

Handle complex e-submission assignments, ensuring compliance with client and firm guidelines

Act as a liaison between billing attorneys and clients, providing subject matter support and ensuring corrective actions for future submissions

Required Qualifications

Associate degree or advanced degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or Finance; relevant experience may be considered

1+ years of e-billing experience in a corporate law department or law firm

Knowledge of legal billing and Middleware systems is a plus

Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Applications, including Excel

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
