Float Pool Caregiver – Flexible and Impactful Role in Waconia

Position Type : On-Call / As-Needed

Location : Waconia, MN

Compensation : $21 - $28 per hour

At our sister facility in Waconia, we’re looking for a Float Pool Caregiver to provide essential support across shifts and ensure exceptional care for our residents. Key Responsibilities

Step In When Needed : Cover various shifts to ensure resident care continues seamlessly.

Assist Residents : Provide help with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal assistance, and mobility, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Foster Connections : Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversations to promote emotional well-being and a sense of community.

Ensure Safety and Cleanliness : Help maintain infection control standards and ensure resident rooms remain clean and comfortable.

Communicate Effectively : Document care provided and communicate any changes in residents' conditions with the healthcare team.

What We’re Looking For

Experience : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or similar experience as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, or Direct Support Professional.

Flexibility : Comfortable working on-call and adapting to varying schedules.

Empathy and Dedication : Genuine care for seniors and a commitment to enhancing their quality of life.

Strong Communication Skills : Ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.

Team Player : Collaborative spirit to work seamlessly with a diverse caregiving team.
