As our Payroll & Benefits Specialist , you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll across multiple states while supporting benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement efforts. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and highly visible—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be part of a supportive, people-first team.
What You’ll Do :
- Process weekly payroll for a multi-state, multi-entity workforce
- Maintain payroll records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations
- Support benefits enrollment, changes, and employee questions
- Coordinate with HR and accounting to ensure accurate reporting and deductions
- Partner with the HR Director on employee engagement efforts, wellness initiatives, and process improvements
- Handle employment verifications, garnishments, and onboarding paperwork as needed
What We’re Looking For :
3+ years of experience in payroll and benefits (multi-state preferred)Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and discretion with sensitive informationA team player who’s comfortable wearing many hats and jumping in where neededPrior experience supporting HR functions (SHRM-CP, PHR- a plus)📝 Apply now or message us with questions.
