Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated, early-career Account Manager - Sales to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to launch or advance their sales career in a fast-paced, supportive, and entrepreneurial environment. You'll be responsible for managing existing client relationships and actively pursuing new business opportunities, with plenty of mentorship and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with existing accounts
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory or vertical
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored product / service solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer service) to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product information to customers
  • Track activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools
  • Participate in industry events, client meetings, and site visits as needed
  • Continuously improve knowledge of company offerings and market trends
  • Travel to Industry Trade Shows

Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of sales or account management experience (B2B preferred but not required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve goals
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships with customers
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field), but not required
