APPS Workforce Administration (WFA) Analyst
UC Riverside's Auxiliary Services is recruiting for the APPS Workforce Administration (WFA) Analyst . The full salary range for this position is $27.63 - $47.56 per hour , with an expected pay scale up to $37.60 per hour . Salary offers are based on education, licensure, experience, and organizational needs.
The Auxiliary Payroll & Personnel Services (APPS) unit provides payroll and personnel services including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, time reporting, payroll oversight, position management, personnel updates, case management, and leave processing.
Reporting to the APPS Manager, the WFA Analyst will collaborate with clients to gather and process information accurately, minimizing errors. Responsibilities include project management for onboarding / offboarding / payroll requests, review and audit of payroll and personnel transactions, and data analysis to identify processing trends. The role involves interaction with various departments and stakeholders to resolve service issues and improve service delivery.
